Job summary

S&P Global Inc. seeks an AI+ Lead to shape and execute a Finance AI strategy across the enterprise. Reporting to the Head of Finance AI+ Strategy & Program Management, you will partner with Corporate Finance and CFOs to implement scalable, ethical AI solutions.

You will drive governance, ROI measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate finance processes, automation, and strategic decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in finance, digital transformation or related fields.
• Experience leading AI/ML/NLP/GenAI initiatives in enterprise finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI+ strategy for the Finance team.
• Guide AI technology implementation and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance leaders to drive AI adoption and governance.
• Define data management and KPI frameworks for AI initiatives.
