Job summary

Raymarine, part of Teledyne Technologies, seeks a proactive Facilities & EHS Manager for its Fareham headquarter. You will lead facilities operations, environmental health & safety programs, and sustainability initiatives across the site.

Role focuses on compliance with UK legislation and continuous improvement in safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will manage budgets, contractor controls, emergency preparedness and performance tracking to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Occupational Health & Safety qualification.
• IOSH Membership (IWFM Qualification) preferred.
• Significant experience managing Facilities and/or EHS functions.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance programmes.
• Experience leading accident investigations and corrective actions.
• Experience in multinational organisations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across all departments.
• Experience managing capital projects and facilities upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site facilities, buildings, infrastructure, and grounds.
• Manage facilities budgets and expenditure.
• Manage business continuity plans and critical infrastructure resilience.
• Ensure effective contractor and vendor management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation and environmental regulations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and root causes.
• Support occupational health initiatives and employee wellbeing.
• Develop environmental management programs and sustainability initiatives.
