Job summary

Raymarine seeks a confident Facilities & EHS Manager to lead the global facilities and environmental, health & safety programs from its Fareham headquarters. The role drives safe, compliant, and efficient operations across a 200+ employee site, including maintenance, contractor control, and sustainability initiatives.

You will develop and enforce policies, lead audits and investigations, and enhance health, safety, and environmental performance in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across all departments.
• Experience managing facilities and/or EHS functions.
• Experience leading accident investigations and corrective actions.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Experience in multinational organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site facilities, buildings, infrastructure, and grounds.
• Manage facilities budgets and expenditure.
• Manage business continuity plans and critical infrastructure resilience.
• Ensure effective contractor and vendor management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation and environmental requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety reviews.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and root causes.
• Support occupational health initiatives and employee wellbeing.
