Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking an AI & Privacy Counsel to join its London, Milan, Madrid or Warsaw team. You will collaborate with product, engineering and security teams to embed privacy-by-design into features and policies, ensuring global data protection compliance.

Responsibilities include managing privacy-related legal work, drafting DPAs and policies with AI support, and monitoring evolving regulations to guide internal decisions.

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• Practice experience at a law firm or in-house counsel.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Identify privacy risks and opportunities early to shape compliant product features and workflows.
• Manage privacy-related legal work, using AI tools to accelerate drafting and initial review of DPAs, privacy policies, LIAs, and DPIAs.
• Conduct privacy audits and coordinate with external consultants and legal advisors.
• Monitor evolving privacy regulations and case law to provide internal guidance.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Compensation: Typical annual salary ranges from £85,797 to £151,436 in London (up to £316,052 for exceptionally experienced candidates) and €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe (up to €240,330).
