About the role

As a result of the continually growing demand for our specialist services, we are looking for an individual to join our expanding Global Mobility team in the National Employer Solutions department as a compliance and advisory Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively work across multiple client accounts, ensuring a premium client service by managing day-to-day client relationships and expectations.
  • Support the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence with a practical and commercial approach.
  • Manage day-to-day UK tax and social security compliance programs across a client portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate UK headquartered global mobility programmes.
  • Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and/or Associate Directors to develop new business and expand existing client work, involving other colleagues or departments when appropriate.
  • Handle financial requirements of managing a client portfolio and act as the first point of management within that process.
  • Act as a people manager to junior staff, providing coaching, training, and career development support.
  • Review personal development plans and participate in career conversations with line managers.
  • Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as requested by management.

About the ideal candidate

This opportunity is suited to a proactive individual with experience in expatriate tax and international social security, understanding complexities for clients with cross-border workers. Qualifications such as ATT and/or CTA or equivalent are required. Proven experience in leading queries and managing multiple engagements is essential.
