We have a talented team of 100 specialists across the UK providing tailored support to navigate complex employment tax issues, manage global workforce challenges, and develop effective reward strategies. As a Director based in Birmingham, you will lead our Global Mobility experts, focusing on navigating global mobility tax complexities, building, and leading a progressive team, and driving growth initiatives in the Birmingham region.

You’ll Make an Impact By:

1. Leading the local global employer services team and collaborating with the national team of 100 experts, providing advisory and compliance services within Global Mobility.
2. Ensuring technical excellence and a practical, commercial approach in delivering advisory projects.
3. Driving business development in Birmingham and The West Midlands, including proposals, networking, and contributing to the company's growth.
4. Using your experience to develop team members and fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and innovation.

What We Are Looking For:

• ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Specialist in Global Mobility with experience dealing with complex tax issues.
• Strong business development skills and a recognized personal brand in the local market.
• Approachable, good listener, and capable of managing and developing people.
• Ambition to coach, lead, and grow a team.
