Job summary

Maven Securities is looking for an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join their London office. This role involves managing a high-risk ER caseload, advising on organizational changes, and guiding managers. Candidates should have a minimum of CIPD Level 5 and experience in regulated environments, ideally in financial services.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or Level 7 (preferred).
• Experience managing complex ER caseloads in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations casework with professionalism.
• Advise on business-critical organizational change.
• Develop training for managers on ER best practices.
• Draft HR and ER policies reflecting current employment laws.
• Provide timely guidance on employee matters.
• Lead employment contract projects across regions.
• Mediate disputes and conduct impartial investigations.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure integrity.
• Analyze ER metrics to make actionable recommendations.
