Job summary

Telestack is seeking an ECO Coordinator to evaluate, coordinate, and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimizing impact on inventory. The role involves reviewing ECOs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in change management processes.

The successful candidate will have a Foundation Degree in engineering or related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI to provide

Qualifications

• Foundation Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business/Project Management (relevant).
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills for ECO evaluation.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting ECO data (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting).
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and real-time ECO insights.
• Understanding of MRP logic and its impact on inventory and changes.

Responsibilities

• Review, coach, question, and evaluate ECOs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance ECO processes for efficiency and responsiveness.
• Coordinate data to support decisions on timing and necessity of changes.
• Support documentation for suppliers and BOM release.
• Release and close ECOs after all actions are complete.
• Act as liaison between Engineering and Operations to determine impact and disposition decisions.
