Job summary

Medpace, Inc. is seeking a full-time, office-based eClinical Project Manager to join our Data Management team in Central London. You will oversee global studies and ensure accurate data reported by patients for clinical studies, collaborating with local and international teams.

The role emphasizes managing sponsor relationships, timelines, and study documentation, with opportunities to develop your career within a fast-growing CRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with eClinical experience, including setting up and managing multiple eClinical/eCOA projects and acting as the main point of contact for the sponsor.
• General knowledge of technology trends and system / application development.
• Exellent organisational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge and understanding of clinical research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple eClinical/eCOA projects from start to finish.
• Develop and review study documentation related to eClinical/eCOA activities for clinical trials with sponsor companies and other departments.
• Coordinate overall eClinical activities by serving as primary contact for the sponsor.
• Monitor study timelines in relation to clinical trial needs.
• Attend sponsor and Investigator Meetings.
