Job summary

Medpace in Central London is seeking a full-time, office-based eClinical Project Manager to join our Data Management team. The role manages global studies, ensuring data accuracy reported by patients for clinical trials, and works with local and international teams.

You will coordinate eClinical/eCOA activities, develop study documentation, and monitor timelines. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth within a leading CRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and prior eClinical experience; including setting up and managing multiple eClinical/eCOA projects and acting as the main point of contact for the sponsor.
• General knowledge of technology trends and system / application development.
• Excellent organisational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and scientific/clinical research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from an eClinical/eCOA perspective.
• Develop and review study documentation related to eClinical/eCOA activities for clinical trials with sponsor companies and other departments.
• Coordinate overall eClinical activities by serving as primary contact for the sponsor.
• Monitor study timelines in relation to clinical trial needs.
• Attend face to face sponsor meetings and Investigator Meetings
