Job summary

Gibson Dunn, based in London, is seeking an eBilling Analyst to join the Firm’s eBilling and Billing teams. You will analyze, coordinate, and resolve eBilling issues, communicating with clients and partners while ensuring compliance with diverse site requirements.

The role reports to the eBilling Supervisor in the U.S. and requires strong MS Office skills, two years of e-billing experience, and the ability to manage multiple requests across time zones.

Qualifications

• Two years of legal e-billing experience required.
• Experience with eBillingHub or BillBlast preferred; Aderant experience a plus.
• Strong technology skills including MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the eBilling process with client contacts, billing teams and partners.
• Manage client lists and ensure timely issue resolution across offices/time zones.
• Submit identified timekeeper rates to clients and track follow-ups.
• Set up new matters for eBilling and follow up as needed.
• Assist billing team with invoice submissions and ensure compliance with client requirements.
