Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits based in Glasgow is seeking an experienced DTC Operations Lead to own the end-to-end online storefront journey across three platforms. You will manage third‑party logistics, ensure seamless order fulfilment, delivery and returns, and drive improvements through data-led decisions.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams to optimize inventory, launches and international availability, while ensuring compliance in a fast-growing, regulated spirits

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations in a DTC or consumer goods environment.
• Hands-on experience managing third-party logistics providers and monitoring service levels.
• Knowledge of warehouse management and ERP systems; ability to collaborate with IT on integrations.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused with willingness to test ideas and drive improvement.
• Experience in regulated industries (spirits/food/pharma) is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DTC operational journey across three online storefronts; ensure seamless order fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer experience.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics and distribution partners; monitor service performance and drive improvements.
• Lead operational planning and execution for new product launches, limited editions and seasonal peaks; ensure stock and delivery readiness.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory and product availability across markets.
• Oversee packaging, gifting and customer experience improvements; work with Brand teams.
• Coordinate with Finance and Excise teams on customs, duty, import documentation and reconciliation.
• Act as the operational lead for SAP and Magento, driving improvements and integration.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting using KPIs to identify efficiency and cost opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with markets across Europe and Asia Pacific to support expansion.
