Job summary

Wiz, Inc. is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support our velocity and downmarket sales teams across international markets. Based in the United Kingdom, you will structure deals, maintain pricing and approvals, and partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Enablement to optimize processes.

You will report to the Director Deal Desk and help scale our international downmarket motion, ensuring high-speed, compliant transaction processing while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role and a Sales/Business Operations or Deal Desk function.
• Proven ability to process a high volume of transactions with speed, accuracy, and integrity in a fast-moving environment.
• Based in United Kingdom, with full legal working rights without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Deal Desk manager with daily operations in high-volume, international downmarket and commercial sales segments.
• Translate feedback from international velocity teams into actionable improvement plans.
• Host Deal Desk Office Hours for international sales reps and track high-risk or non-standard deals for leadership.
• Benchmark sales trends across international downmarket tiers and imply actionable insights.
• Develop scalable guardrails, templates, and guidelines for high-velocity downmarket transactions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the international sales team to structure fast-moving deals meeting Wiz needs.
• Manage price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce; maintain the approval matrix and deal desk playbook.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Legal, and Enablement on process changes and rollout training.
