Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Global Capability Owner for Digital & Web Ops to lead strategy, governance, and roadmaps across web CMS, digital channels, and patient applications. You will partner with Tech Leads, Activation, and CX teams to deliver measurable outcomes and scalable, compliant engagement platforms worldwide.

The role offers a remote-working arrangement with 20-30% travel and requires 8+ years in digital product management, experience with Drupal, CRM tools, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience in digital product management, product ownership, or managing a product roadmap within a cross-functional team.
• Experience with web content management systems (e.g., Drupal), CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, SFMC), and digital channel enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Define capability vision and outcomes aligned with global priorities.
• Own and evolve the Digital & Web Ops roadmap with value-based prioritization.
• Translate business needs into measurable capability solutions.
• Define channel activation frameworks across email, web, and patient apps.
• Own web governance, templates, publishing workflows, and compliance.
• Partner with Tech Lead and Activation to align priorities with enterprise goals.
• Lead discovery with users and stakeholders to validate business value.
• Monitor adoption and KPIs to inform backlog and improvements.
