Job summary

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into execution-ready plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a team of Activation Leads and the Global Marketing Enablement Lead.
• Define activation strategy for global CX capabilities and scalable adoption.
• Oversee marketing enablement to codify standards, playbooks, and customer journeys.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and impact metrics to drive continuous improvement.
