Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a seasoned Global Digital Enterprise Risk Manager to strengthen ERM for IT Services, Cyber, Data, and AI risk across global teams. You will translate complex risk into actionable insights and drive enterprise-wide risk governance with executive visibility.

Partner with Digital, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to deliver cross-functional risk initiatives, KRIs, and proactive risk mitigation. Strong communication and international collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years in enterprise risk management, technology risk, cyber risk, or related field.
• Knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and KRIs.
• Ability to translate technical risk into executive-ready materials for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive risk processes and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI regulatory considerations.
• Experience creating dashboards and governance reports using PowerPoint, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-ready risk insights, dashboards, and KRIs across IT services, cyber, data and AI risk domains.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Audit teams to coordinate enterprise risk efforts.
• Lead risk initiatives, governance, and escalation within BCG's ERM framework.
• Maintain enterprise risk registers and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.
• Support risk-based decision making through clear, actionable analysis across time zones.
