Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Derby is seeking a Global Digital & IT Risk Manager to strengthen identification, assessment, prioritisation, treatment, and reporting of Digital & IT risks across a global, regulated aerospace and defence organisation.

Leading risk management with stakeholders across cyber security, engineering, legal, assurance, and regional teams, you will drive proactive risk conversations, establish ownership, and deliver measurable risk reduction while aligning with industry

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Digital & IT, cyber, technology, operational, or enterprise risk management within a large, global, highly regulated organisation.
• Ability to facilitate risk conversations and workshops with senior leaders and stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
• Experience with risk identification, assessment, control evaluation, treatment planning, escalation, monitoring, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and continuous improvement of the Digital & IT risk management framework.
• Create engaging risk processes focusing attention on material risks.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clear decisions and constructive challenge.
• Define practical treatment plans with milestones and success measures.
• Maintain a global view of Digital & IT risk, including exposures and emerging themes.
• Produce risk reporting, dashboards, heat maps, and executive insights for leadership and governance.
• Collaborate with cyber security, architecture, service management, resilience, data, privacy, compliance, audit, engineering, procurement, and programmes.
• Promote high-quality risk assessments supported by evidence and controls.
• Anticipate risks through horizon scanning and scenario analysis.
• Build risk capability and culture through coaching and AI-enabled tools.
