Job summary

AEG Europe, based in London, is seeking a Senior Digital Manager (Global Partnerships) to lead high-impact digital campaigns for entertainment, sport and live events. You will drive partner campaigns across AXS and other digital channels, delivering growth and measurable results.

You'll work across partnerships, marketing, commercial teams and external partners, translating data into insights and strategic recommendations while building strong relationships and ensuring campaign success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital marketing campaigns for brand partners.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels, CRM, audience data, social advertising and display media.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Confident using data to tell a story and make recommendations.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at the same time.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Delivery across AXS, first-party data platforms and AEG digital channels.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns and deliver results aligned to partner goals.
• Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, commercial and AXS teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Monitor performance, derive insights and present recommendations to partners and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow partner investment through new digital products and audience solutions.
• Develop campaign case studies and effectiveness reports and support partner renewals.
