Job summary

AEG Global Partnerships is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to oversee a portfolio of sponsorship accounts and maximise value for partners. You will collaborate with brands, agencies and internal teams to bring campaigns and fan experiences to life.

The role focuses on managing relationships, delivering campaigns end-to-end, growing revenue, and presenting proposals to senior stakeholders. Based at The O2, London, with hybrid working options and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships or client accounts.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, events and brand partnerships.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience working with multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities to grow partnerships.
• Confident in creating and delivering presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience measuring campaign success and using data to recommend improvements.
• Calm, practical problem-solving when challenges arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships as the day-to-day contact and drive campaigns end-to-end.
• Plan and deliver partnership activity ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow partnership revenue and measure outcomes with partners.
• Create partnership reviews, presentations and proposals for clients.
