Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to support the multi-region digital strategy, optimise web content, and improve UX and site architecture. You will collaborate with SEO, Analytics, UX, and Account Management teams to ensure content quality across the CMS.

The role focuses on launching new websites, improving lead flow, and maintaining high publishing standards across Magnolia, Sitecore, and WordPress. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMS platforms (Magnolia, Sitecore, WordPress) and publishing content.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Digital, IT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CMS content to meet standards and user needs.
• Source, edit content (copy, images, video) with internal teams.
• Implement technical SEO recommendations to improve visibility and performance.
• Collaborate with developers and content specialists to troubleshoot issues.
• Roll out new products, upgrades, and functionality across market sites.
• Produce sitemaps and visual artefacts to communicate structure.
• Develop and maintain CMS guidance for consistent authoring.
• Document processes and best practices for training.
• Support new acquisition site builds from build to go-live, in collaboration with Market and Digital Marketing teams.
• Support testing and launch of new product functionality across priority markets.
• Manage project workflows using Jira/Trello; plan, prioritise, track tasks; facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Monitor ticket progress end-to-end and provide stakeholder updates.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and agile marketing practices.
