Job summary

Kingfisher plc seeks a Group Digital Learning and Systems Manager to own the global digital learning strategy, platforms, and content for 80,000 colleagues. You will lead a team of learning designers, govern content, and drive continuous improvement across the learning tech ecosystem.

The role covers performance management systems, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration, aiming to deliver impactful digital solutions and a culture of ongoing development within the Group.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in learning technology and LMS/LCMS platforms.
• Experience leading system implementations and learning content governance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and budget management capabilities.
• Analytical and data-driven with experience using learning metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development and continuous improvement of Kingfisher's global digital learning ecosystem, including Cornerstone, Elucidat, LinkedIn Learning, Vyond and Content on Demand.
• Manage and develop a team of learning designers, driving content quality and alignment to business needs and local requirements.
• Own end-to-end delivery of performance management processes and systems globally, including annual reviews and calibration activities.
• Drive innovation through evaluating and adopting new learning technologies to enhance capability and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and build capability across Learning & Development teams.
• Lead digital learning planning, reporting and governance, including roadmap delivery, budget, capacity, and compliance.
