Job summary

Zenith International is seeking an exceptional Digital Operations Director to lead the global digital hub and drive operational excellence for a major global apparel and outdoor brand. You will oversee biddable activation, governance, and Ways of Working across Central Digital Activation markets to ensure consistent quality and performance.

This role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, advanced measurement frameworks, and a track record in automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi market biddable activation teams across social and programmatic.
• Strong expertise in operational excellence, workflow design, governance frameworks, and hub model deployment.
• Deep understanding of campaign activation processes, optimisation frameworks, measurement methodologies, and automation solutions.
• Skilled in senior stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration across complex, matrixed organisations.
• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to unify and inspire geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated track record of driving process innovation, operational improvements, and scalable delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the global digital hub operating model, governance, and ways of working.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of social and programmatic campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, AI, and technology adoption.
• Establish measurement, reporting, and optimisation frameworks to support continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Lead and develop the operations team, fostering capability, collaboration, and high-performance delivery.
