Job summary

RX Global, a leading global events and exhibitions company, seeks a Digital Success Executive to plan, configure and deliver RX digital products across multiple events. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches, support events onsite internationally, and use post-event insights to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

The role requires coordinating deployments, trials and engagement targets, plus strong project management and QA skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Confident stakeholder management and influencing across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and disciplined QA.
• Ability to learn digital platforms quickly and test URLs/QR codes.
• Experience coordinating communications, artwork, and onsite operations.
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actions.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel internationally and support events onsite.

Responsibilities

• Configure and quality-assure LMA, Colleqt and Offers, including URLs, QR codes and promotional materials.
• Define customer trial, adoption and engagement targets for each event.
• Project-manage digital delivery schedules across multiple events, track progress and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align responsibilities and event readiness.
• Lead remote and onsite deployments, including international event support.
• Manage suppliers, budgets, staffing and first-line support.
• Conduct post-show reviews and apply insights to product development.
• Improve delivery plans, customer journeys, tests and operational standards.
