Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced leader to head an international team of Deployment Engineers and Project Managers, scaling delivery to support growth outside the Americas.

You will own and scale the partner ecosystem across regions, drive enablement strategies, manage resource allocation, and reinforce global processes to maintain alignment with the worldwide delivery organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Delivery, or Customer Success within the Cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space.
• Experience operating across multiple international markets.
• 5+ years of management leading global teams including engineers and project managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an international team of Deployment Engineers and Project Managers.
• Own and scale the partner ecosystem across international regions and enablement strategy.
• Manage resource allocation and workload to ensure project health.
• Maintain high-level executive reporting on status, risks, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering across regions.
