Job summary

VML, part of WPP, is expanding Open Intelligence across markets. We are seeking a Data Operations & Enablement Manager to operationalize the platform, onboard data, and support markets as they adopt new capabilities.

You will translate technical capabilities into clear workflows, collaborate with engineering, product, and regional teams, and build scalable rollout playbooks to move from pilot to global deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong operational thinking and ability to translate technical capabilities into clear workflows.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics platforms, or data infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Onboard markets onto the Open Intelligence platform and support data onboarding.
• Design and maintain operational playbooks for data onboarding and platform adoption.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and market teams to ensure scalable rollout.
