Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a seasoned Data Management professional to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for large and multi-service projects. You will lead planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, with focus on client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role involves acting as SME, coordinating with DTLs and project teams, and driving process improvements across global trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field.
• 5 years of direct Data Management experience with 3+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience managing delivery of multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle.
• Knowledge of GCPs and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or programme of global studies.
• Provide leadership and senior support to DTLs on multiple large global studies/programmes.
• Lead negotiations with customer on timelines, financials, processes, and resources.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
