Job summary

IQVIA Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Management leader to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects.

You will provide leadership in project planning, execution, financials, communications and milestones, while ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget. You will lead client relations, negotiate timelines and resources, and mentor junior team members, ultimately supporting the CDM team to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct Data Management experience with 3 or more years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life-cycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or programs and provide leadership to DTLs on global studies.
• Provide project management expertise with customers, data managers, and internal teams.
• Lead negotiations with customer on timelines, financials, processes and resources.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure contract obligations are met.
• Ensure milestones meet timelines and quality deliverables with Data Operations teams.
• Provide training and development on data management to junior team members.
• Independently manage DM service delivery with comprehensive DM processes and expertise.
• Serve as escalation point for unresolved data issues and sign-off on DMPs.
• Manage SOW/budget, review financial reports, and participate in project reviews.
