Job summary

Zenith International is hiring a Data Governance Manager to establish and evolve the data governance framework across 10+ global markets. You will ensure taxonomy, data quality, and standards are applied across digital and offline environments, partnering with activation, analytics, and planning teams to drive robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in data governance, data management, analytics, or digital media within a multi-market environment.
• Strong knowledge of taxonomy management, metadata standards, data quality controls, and compliance processes.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, DV360, Google Ads) and understanding of data ecosystems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to clean, validate, and manage datasets for reporting readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data governance and taxonomy compliance across global markets.
• Lead governance reviews with market and central teams to align priorities and standards.
• Improve data quality and governance processes across the media ecosystem.
• Provide insights when data quality issues affect reporting or performance.
• Partner with analytics, activation, and planning teams to support measurement and decision-making.
• Collaborate across markets to resolve data challenges and embed governance best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and scalable reporting infrastructure.
