Job summary

Zenith UK is hiring a BI & Reporting Manager to transform performance data delivery across 30+ markets in the MPx team. You will shape scalable reporting infrastructure, moving teams from manual processes to insights that drive action across Microsoft relationships in EMEA.

The role emphasizes automated dashboards, data quality, and training to empower analysts and client teams. Office-based with strong collaboration across planning and media specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing data, automated reporting, BI or dashboards.
• Ability to standardise metrics and data mappings across channels.
• Strong eye for data quality, validation and documentation.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Funnel.io workspaces and maintain data sources.
• Create cross‑channel reporting frameworks with standardised metrics.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards for internal and client use.
• Lead QA of reporting outputs and investigate discrepancies.
• Train Funnel.io Champions and drive adoption through documentation.
• Streamline workflows to reduce manual effort and boost analysis.
• Collaborate with media planners and client stakeholders for regional reporting.
