Job summary

Chattertons Recruitment is representing a top-tier global real estate consultancy recruiting a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor for its Data Centre Valuation & Advisory team in London.

You will value operational and leased data centres across EMEA, model financials with DCF, and prepare valuation reports while supporting market research and client relationships. Travel may be involved; MRICS/Argus knowledge is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified surveyor, an analyst or an experienced valuer with strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Background in valuation, real estate finance, investment or infrastructure.
• MRICS (or working towards it) and knowledge of Argus are a plus.
• No previous data centre experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Value operational and leased data centres, development sites and portfolios across EMEA.
• Build and refine DCF models, and analyse financials, power agreements and construction contracts.
• Prepare valuation reports and contribute to market research.
