Qualifications

Strong numerical and financial modelling skills.
Experience creating or amending DCF models.
Background in property valuation, finance, real estate, investment analysis, or a related field.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Support the valuation of data centre assets across EMEA.
Analyse complex financial and operational information to support valuation assignments.
Build, maintain, and refine discounted cash flow (DCF) models.
Review client financial statements, construction contracts, power agreements, and legal due diligence documentation.
Conduct financial and commercial analysis to inform valuation assumptions.
Support project leaders on high-profile valuation and advisory mandates.
Contribute to market research and analysis of data centre sector dynamics.
Assist in preparing valuation reports and client deliverables.
Develop expertise in valuation methodologies, including Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.
