Job summary

TGS International Group is hiring a Site Supervisor – Connectivity to oversee installation teams on major data centre projects from London with extensive travel across Europe and the Middle East.

The role requires supervising cabling engineers, reading drawings, and ensuring quality, safety and client standards are met. You will coordinate activities, monitor progress, and maintain daily site records while liaising with clients and project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cabling engineers or installation teams.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics and cabling schedules.
• Experience in data centres or mission-critical environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of copper and fibre installation, termination and testing.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structured cabling and fibre installation teams on major data centre projects.
• Coordinate daily site activities, labour allocation and priorities.
• Ensure drawings, specs and targets are understood and met.
• Monitor progress and escalate delays early.
• Oversee installation, testing, labelling and patching of copper and fibre infra.
• Maintain safe practices, RAMS and quality checks on site.
• Record daily progress, materials, labour and site reports.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors on site.
• Support planning and short-term programme updates.
