Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in applying Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous-improvement methodologies in an operational environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex escalations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in Data Center Operations and IT service management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead global problem-management and escalation handling, providing executive-level status updates.
• Drive process engineering and continuous-improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor operational metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver Lean, automation, and strategic improvements to reduce cost, waste, and downtime.
• Improve readiness and support models for new-region builds, GPU deployments, and cooling tech.
• Implement scalable global automation to enhance accuracy, speed, and resilience.
• Triage complex issues with Support and Engineering and capture lessons learned.
