Job summary

Oracle is seeking an accomplished EHS leader to drive regional EMEA health, safety and regulatory compliance across data center construction and live operations. You will partner with OCI Data Center Operations and regional leadership to deploy Oracle's global EHS framework, ensuring governance of contractors and strong incident management.

This role requires extensive multi-country experience, strong governance, and clear executive communication in English.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in EMEA.
Experience with hyperscale data centers or high‑hazard facilities.
Strong governance of contractors and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA EHS organization and regional governance across multiple countries and sites.
Advise regional leadership on EHS risk, controls and performance with a proactive learning culture.
Deploy Oracle's EHS system aligned to ISO standards across EMEA and integrate regulatory requirements.
Own regional regulatory compliance, inspections readiness, and engagement with regulators and works councils.
Oversee EHS in data center construction, commissioning, energization, and live operations.
Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
Coordinate training development and delivery for EHS in the region.
