Responsibilities

• Lead global team for enterprise compute, virtualization, server OS, storage and backup.
• Own service availability, performance, capacity, security and lifecycle management.
• Oversee data centre operations across colocated facilities, dedicated centres and restricted environments.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning, restoration capability and major incident response.
• Engage with Cybersecurity, Network Services, Facilities and Procurement to ensure aligned governance.
