Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Global Network, Voice and Audiovisual Operations Manager to lead a geographically distributed team across LAN, WAN, voice, UC, video conferencing and AV services; role covers offices, data centres, remote sites and restricted environments.

Reporting to the Director, Networks and Infrastructure, the successful candidate will drive service availability, performance, capacity, security and lifecycle management, while guiding incident response and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading global infrastructure teams.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise networking and communications in large, complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco platforms and SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience with MS Teams Phone and collaboration tools.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco, ITIL desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for network, voice, UC, conferencing and audiovisual services.
• Oversee enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, internet and data centre networking.
• Manage lifecycle of routers, switches, SD-WAN platforms and related management tech.
• Maintain capacity, performance and service health reporting with key metrics.
• Lead major incident response and post-incident RCA.
• Manage carriers and service providers.
• Support budgets and cost optimization.
