Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Attestations and Client Audit Manager to lead the global Data & Analytics assurance function, defining the strategy and overseeing client audits across a complex technology landscape.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Risk teams to strengthen controls, drive audit readiness and build trusted relationships with clients, auditors and senior leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Assurance, Technology Audit, IT Risk or Internal Audit within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of DORA, SOC reporting, ISAE 3000/3402, COBIT, NIST and tech risk frameworks.
• Experience managing client audits, attestations or assurance programmes.
• Experience assessing technology, data or market infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Data & Analytics Attestations and Client Audit function, setting strategy and building capability across regions.
• Coach and develop a distributed team, driving a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive priorities and delivery excellence.
• Own end-to-end client audit programmes and act as primary client audit representative.
• Drive attestation programmes, ISAE engagements, and regulatory planning and responses.
• Strengthen governance, control environments and audit readiness across products.
