Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an Attestations & Client Audit Manager to lead the delivery of DORA client audits and ISAE 3000 attestations. You will manage complex engagements with clients, external auditors and senior partners across Technology, Product, Risk, Information Security and Compliance.

You will drive audit readiness, strengthen controls and oversee remediation while shaping how assurance is delivered in a large, global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Risk Assurance, IT Risk, or Internal Audit, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams across distributed locations.
• Experience managing complex client audits or attestations from planning to completion.
• Experience engaging with external auditors and sophisticated clients.
• Solid understanding of DORA, technology risk and control requirements.
• Familiarity with ISAE 3000/3402, SOC 1/SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ISAE 3000 attestations and DORA client audits.
• Oversee evidence collection, control coordination and engagement with external assessors.
• Drive audit readiness, remediation, and continuous improvement of assurance delivery.
• Build trusted client and stakeholder relationships across functions and geographies.
• Coordinate domain experts to deliver timely, well-evidenced responses.
• Represent assurance in governance forums and track remediation actions.
