Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Head of Data & AI Governance to lead the global governance strategy, policies and controls across data and AI capabilities. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, mitigate risk and enable responsible innovation.

The role offers an opportunity to shape governance across regions, build communities of practice, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring compliance and maximum business value from data assets and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Data Governance functions, with demonstrable knowledge of AI Governance and the associated risks, controls and compliance requirements.
• Track record of delivering governance frameworks in large, complex organisations across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI Governance strategy, framework and roadmap for a global organisation.
• Design and embed governance policies, standards and controls across data and AI.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, legal and business to drive adoption.
• Build a governance culture with communities of practice and accountability.
• Oversee vendor and partner management, delivery quality and continuous improvement.
