Job summary

Chanel is seeking an experienced D365 Ecosystem Architect to lead end-to-end technical architecture across a global enterprise. You will drive alignment among cross-functional teams to standardise solutions and ensure scalable, secure integrations with D365, Power Platform, and Azure services.

In this role, you will shape the architecture roadmap, review specifications, and enforce guardrails while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver a harmonised D365 Finance & Operations

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end solution scope across a complex multi-system environment.
• Proven track record with D365 F&O or AX migrations and integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solution architecture for the D365 ecosystem.
• Coordinate architecture across parallel workstreams, ensuring alignment and no gaps.
• Enforce architectural standards and guardrails across regions and teams.
• Review specifications and integrations impacting cross-system flows.
• Collaborate with POS, WMS, EDI, middleware, data platform and security teams.
