Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Digital Enterprise Risk Manager to strengthen the ERM program with a focus on IT services, cyber risk, and data and AI risk. You will work across global teams to translate complex risks into actionable insights and support enterprise risk governance.

You will partner with Digital, IT, Security, Privacy, Legal and Compliance to drive cross-functional risk initiatives, develop executive dashboards, KRIs, and risk reporting, and escalate issues through

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise risk management or related field.
Experience assessing IT services, cyber, data, and AI risks in global orgs.
Knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF.
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate risk concepts clearly.
Proven ability to drive risk processes and influence without authority.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Experience with PowerPoint, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and GRC tools.
Experience using AI/LLM tools to speed risk analysis.

Responsibilities

Strengthen ERM program focusing on IT services, cyber, and data/AI risk.
Partner with IT, security, privacy, legal, and compliance to drive risk initiatives.
Translate risk information into executive-ready insights for decision-making.
Develop executive dashboards, KRIs, and risk reports.
Monitor emerging IT, cyber, data, and AI risks and assess impacts.
Escalate issues via enterprise risk governance with timely visibility.
Coordinate enterprise risk register reviews across domains.
Enable consistent risk reporting and governance across functions.
Lead cross-functional projects to advance risk initiatives.
Contribute to ERM methodology and governance improvements.
