e.l.f. Beauty seeks a Manager, International Customer Supply Chain to lead cross-functional efforts across rhode’s international markets, partnering with Sales, Demand Planning, and Finance to ensure strong order management, inventory flow, and launch planning.

The role emphasizes analytical decision making, process improvement, and close collaboration with distributors and retail partners to optimize in-stocks, fulfillment, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or another analytical field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer supply chain, retail ops, logistics, demand/supply planning or related roles.
• Experience with Sephora or global prestige beauty retailers is a plus.
• Experience supporting international retailers, distributors, or global customer supply chain ops.
• Strong communication, Excel skills, and relationship-building with retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact between international distributors/retail customer ops teams for day-to-day execution and market needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer supply chain, reduce costs, and drive volume via metrics.
• Understand each distributor/partner's distribution model, requirements, metrics, and inventory planning.
• Produce qualitative/quantitative data using Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, Tableau to inform decisions.
• Oversee and ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery across international customers and partners.
• Provide weekly sell-in vs forecast data and risks to Finance, Sales and Ops.
• Track weekly sell-out and retailer in-stock levels with Demand planning and Sales leads.
• Collaborate with distributors, retailer supply chain teams to drive extra orders or forecast adjustments.
• Track KPIs like fulfillment, in-stocks, on-time delivery, and chargeback risks.
• Support new market launches and regional assortment expansion with cross-functional teams.
• Educate internal teams on international customer expectations and distributor requirements.
