Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Operations, and distributors to optimize in‑stocks and delivery performance in a fast‑growing, hybrid work setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer supply chain, retail operations, customer logistics, demand planning, or related roles.
• Experience with Sephora or other global prestige beauty retailers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact between rhode and international distributors and retail partners, supporting day‑to‑day execution and market‑specific supply chain needs.
• Continually assess opportunities to improve customer supply chain, reduce costs, and drive volume through metrics.
• Develop understanding of each distributor's model, requirements, and inventory planning.
• Produce qualitative/quantitative data with Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, Tableau to drive business decisions.
• Oversee order processing and timely delivery with focus on innovation planning and customer expansion.
