Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Supply Chain Profit Protection Analyst to safeguard inventory, assets and brand across end-to-end operations. You will identify risks in 3PLs, transportation, and manufacturing, and drive control enhancements with data analytics and audits.

Working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Retail Operations and external partners, you’ll embed robust controls, monitor losses, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Profit Protection, Loss Prevention, Supply Chain Risk, Internal Controls, Audit, Inventory Management or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor supply chain risks across 3PLs, transport networks, and inventory processes.
• Support the development and implementation of profit protection controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to embed controls and ensure audit readiness.
