Job summary

Uniti is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in the London area to own post-sale relationships and drive renewal and expansion across international operators. You will partner with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing success outside the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships in SaaS/AI.
• Real estate or multi-location operator experience preferred.
• Experience managing customers across multiple countries or time zones.
• CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools like Monday.com.
• Able to thrive in a high-growth startup with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationships for international operators, across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Coordinate Sales-to-Implementation handoff and lead go-live with the Implementation Manager.
• Monitor agent performance, health scores, churn risk, and surface risks early.
• Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion paths into additional channels and countries.
• Translate operator feedback into product input for Product and Engineering.
• Keep internal systems updated and share leadership-ready insights.
• Engage with operators on calls to inform product decisions.
