Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with DHL priorities.
• Act as IT partner to business stakeholders, aligning priorities and outcomes.
• Own Customer Service Management product outcomes and drive scalable solutions.
• Improve customer service processes, workflows and user experience for value.
• Bridge Real Estate/business and IT teams to ensure delivery.
• Oversee a portfolio of platforms, ensuring integration and governance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder negotiations.
• Own financial planning, business cases, budgeting and ROI tracking.
• Influence senior stakeholders globally and drive investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and coach junior professionals.
