Job summary

Pentland Brands is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to place and manage orders across the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will engage with customers to convert orders, resolve queries and provide updates, while collaborating with supply chain, commercial and credit teams to support business objectives.

You will manage order processing, handle cancellations and credits, and ensure OTIF delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Experience with administrative duties to raise cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing and orders.
• Stock and orderbook management skills.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and report findings.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of EDI order processing is preferable.
• Team player and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Place, track and deliver customer orders across the EMEA region.
• Organise and satisfy in-season order requests.
• Ensure timely conversion of orders when stock is available.
• Communicate order progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process cancellations, credits and debits, returns and DC requirements.
• Handle export documentation and global logistics compliance.
• Manage order processing activities and maintain order books.
• Provide regular updates on sales and order book data.
• Identify issues affecting OTIF and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Asia merchandising/shipping for Direct Delivery Export.
• Source information from SAP as needed.
