Job summary

Pernod Ricard Winemakers is seeking a senior procurement leader to manage POS materials and the Global Bespoke Glassware category from London. You will partner with brand teams, QA, supply chain and markets to drive value, sustainability and on-time delivery across an international supplier network.

Lead sourcing, negotiation and contracting while shaping requirements, optimizing specifications and managing complex product-development projects.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement/category-management experience in POS, promotional materials, packaging, glassware or related FMCG category.
• Proven experience in sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contract management.
• Ability to manage complex sourcing and product-development projects end-to-end.
• Experience handling multiple suppliers and commercial relationships.
• Ability to analyse spend, demand and market dynamics and translate insight into action.
• Strong written and spoken English with stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for Chivas Brothers POS materials from brief through sourcing, production, delivery and performance review.
• Shape requirements with cross-functional teams and identify opportunities for value, sustainability and efficiency.
• Deliver savings, cost avoidance, spend coverage and supplier portfolio optimization.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting and performance management.
• Monitor supplier capacity, risk, quality and delivery; drive recovery plans as needed.
• Provide clear visibility of project progress, risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Own the sourcing roadmap for Global Bespoke Glassware aligned with POS strategy.
