Job summary

Corin Limited seeks a Customer Experience professional to design and manage the Corin Experience for visitors and employees at our Cirencester Campus. You will collaborate with Sales, MedEd, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Legal and Compliance to deliver a seamless customer journey.

The role involves traveling up to 15% nationally, building KPI dashboards, delivering training, and presenting the company history, vision, and initiatives to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer engagement, event management, or brand management in MedTech/healthcare.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and networking skills with confidence interacting at C-level.
• High degree of empathy and intercultural sensitivity.
• Strong organizational and project management skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an outstanding customer experience for visitors and employees.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects Corin's vision, mission, and values.
• Support internal stakeholders in customer engagement through storytelling and tailored visitor programs.
• Represent the customer perspective within the organization and advocate for customer interests in cross-functional projects.
