Qualifications

• Proven background leading crisis and issues management within an agency.
• Commercially driven with a track record of generating new business and managing client relationships end-to-end.
• Strong ability to advise clients and provide strategic, high-level counsel during sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the global and UK client crisis offer.
• Support existing client work and growth of revenue.
• Provide high-level strategic counsel to clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively seek new opportunities and contribute to pitches.
• Enhance the team’s visibility and reputation to win new business and attract talent.
• Represent the team in forums and speaking engagements.
